These terms govern use of arcticknit.top, operated by Lanyan Trading.

1. Nature of the site

This website presents our product range to business customers. It does not display prices and does not conclude sales. Submitting an inquiry is a request for a quotation, not an order. A binding agreement is formed only by a separate written quotation and order confirmation.

2. Inquiries

Information you submit must be accurate. We may decline or ignore inquiries that appear fraudulent, abusive, or automated.

3. Intellectual property

All content, images, product designs and the ArcticKnit name are owned by Lanyan Trading and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. Product images are representative; final specifications are confirmed in writing during quotation.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
